In October 2019, the Australian Headquarters Board convened its annual conference, during which the entire management team of the Changzhou Branch reported on the progress of the fiscal year 2019. The conference yielded fruitful outcomes, instilling a sense of enthusiasm and providing clear direction. It served as a source of inspiration for all the staff members, laying a solid foundation for our endeavors in the year 2019.

In 2018, the company's annual gathering unfolded flawlessly, and the employees reveled in a delightful evening.

In July 2018, in line with the company's corporate culture of "respect," employees were divided into four groups to organize all staff for fire prevention knowledge learning.

On July 1, 2017, the company commenced the formal preparations for the application of the ISO 9001 quality management system. After drafting quality documents, formulating relevant procedural files, implementing comprehensive internal operations, conducting multiple rounds of extensive training and evaluations for all staff members, organizing internal and external audits - a meticulous preparation spanning nearly 10 months, the company officially obtained the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification on May 10.

At the company's invitation, Joseph Gan and Rajnesh Bahadur from the Australian parent company visited Engkide in March and April respectively to conduct specialized training on new business initiatives and to implement profound upgrades to existing operations.

After several months of trial and adjustment, the company's internal network (Intranet) was officially launched in March 2018.
