​As the pandemic drew to a close, we gathered in May to commemorate our employees' birthdays with delectable sandwiches, delightful cakes, and thoughtful USB fan gifts.

On the final working day of 2019, the entire staff of InCAD gathered together to celebrate Christmas. The event was filled with exciting activities, including the introduction of new employees and a special celebration for those with December birthdays. It was a remarkable party that left everyone in awe. As a grand finale, we concluded the year with friendly basketball and badminton matches, marking the end of a successful 2019.

In November 2019, Mr. Jia Mingchun, the CEO of InCAD, participated in the leadership program for senior executives organized by Intrax, aimed at enhancing leadership skills.

In response to the high incidence of occupational diseases such as neck, shoulder, and lumbar spine issues among employees, InCAD organized a specialized health examination activity. Additionally, the director of the Meiyuan Health Examination Center personally delivered a lecture on gastrointestinal health for us. We hope that each employee can possess a healthy body, enabling them to fully enjoy life and dedicate themselves to their work.

In October 2019, to meet the demands of the market, Kathy, the Drawing Manager at Intrax, conducted a week-long training program for the employees in the drawing department at InCAD. Mr. Ming, the CEO of InCAD, emphasized that only when technical professionals have solidified their business skills can they better adapt to the pace and demands of the market, enabling InCAD to strive for higher goals.
