InCAD Leadership Announcement: Lei Hua Promoted to Engineering Manager

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Lei Hua to the position of Engineering Manager at InCAD.

Having been an integral member of the InCAD team for over four years, Lei’s journey is a testament to professional growth. He initially joined us as an Energy Rating Assessor, where his high degree of initiative and proactive learning attitude quickly set him apart. Building on this solid foundation, he was appointed Lead of the Global Service Centre (GSC) three years ago. In that role, Lei consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership, robust management skills, and superior communication and coordination capabilities.

This promotion is a well-deserved recognition of his long-term dedication, personal development, and outstanding contributions to the team. We are confident that Lei will continue to excel and drive success in his new management role.
